Employer Responsibilities

Employers who post jobs on this site represent that:

• They are a licensed Minnesota cannabis business or a legitimate employer in the cannabis industry
• All job listings are for real, open positions
• Listing content complies with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• They have authority to post on behalf of their organization

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion without refund if it violates these terms or our content standards.

Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers use this site at their own risk. MN Cannabis Jobs does not guarantee employment, endorse any employer, or verify the accuracy of individual job listings. Always research employers independently before applying.

Payments & Refunds

Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If a listing is rejected prior to publication, a full refund will be issued. Listings run for 30 days from the date of publication.

Intellectual Property

All site content, design, and code is owned by MN Cannabis Jobs. Employers retain ownership of the job descriptions they submit. By submitting a listing, you grant us a license to display and promote that content on our platform.
